I'm not a therapist because I have everything figured out. Im here because I know what it’s like to live through periods of upheaval, disconnection, and quiet struggle — and to slowly find a way back to yourself.
My work is rooted in the belief that there is nothing wrong with you. What we call “symptoms” are often intelligent responses to experiences that were overwhelming, confusing, or unsupported at the time.
I work with adults who feel anxious, emotionally stuck, burnt out, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward after life changes or long-standing patterns. Many of the people I support have spent years functioning on the outside while feeling lost or unsettled within.
My approach blends counselling with somatic, body-based work. That means we pay attention not just to thoughts and stories, but to the nervous system — how your body holds stress, safety, and protection. Together, we work gently and collaboratively, always at a pace that feels manageable.
I don’t sit above you or offer quick answers. I sit alongside you. The work unfolds through presence, curiosity, and respect for your experience.
Therapy with me is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming back into relationship with who you already are.
I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in understanding what happened, what adapted, and what’s still trying to protect you.
My work integrates counselling with somatic and body-based approaches. That means we pay attention not only to thoughts and stories, but also to how your nervous system responds to stress, safety, connection, and change.
Sessions are collaborative, paced, and shaped around you. Some days that looks like talking. Other days it may involve noticing sensations, breath, movement, or simply slowing things down enough for something new to emerge.
You don’t need to be “ready”, articulate, or know what you want to say. We start exactly where you are.
