Refund Policy

At Three60 Therapy, we understand that circumstances can change. This refund policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for our services.
Sessions & Appointments

Payment for counselling, somatic therapy, or wellbeing sessions is due in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be refunded or transferred to a future appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable. This includes missed appointments.

If Three60 Therapy needs to cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Courses, Workshops & Programs

For workshops, courses, or programs, refund terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Where a refund is offered, it will usually exclude any non-refundable booking or administration fees.

Once a course or program has started, refunds are not usually available.
Digital Products

Any digital products (such as downloadable resources or recordings) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Exceptional Circumstances
We recognise that life can be unpredictable. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if this applies.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
