The Three60 Method is a bespoke, integrative coaching programme designed to support whole-person change — physically, emotionally and psychologically.

 

Rather than focusing on one area of life in isolation, The Three60 Method works with the full system: the body, the mind, and the deeper drivers that shape behaviour, choices and self-belief. This approach recognises that lasting change doesn’t come from willpower alone, but from regulation, understanding and alignment.

 

The programme weaves together fitness, gut health, counselling, mental fitness, somatic therapy, visualisation and values-based goal setting. Each element is tailored to the individual, ensuring the work feels supportive, realistic and sustainable rather than overwhelming.

 

Somatic therapy and nervous-system-informed practices help build a sense of safety and capacity within the body, reducing stress, anxiety and patterns of self-sabotage. Counselling and mental fitness support awareness of emotional patterns, beliefs and protective strategies, allowing insight to translate into real-world change. Fitness and gut health are approached as foundations for energy, resilience and mood, not as tools for punishment or control.
