Coming back to who you already are.

I’m Sarah — a BACP-accredited counsellor, somatic practitioner and yoga teacher, based in Sandwich, Kent.

My work brings together Integrative Gestalt counselling, somatic therapy, nervous-system awareness, mindfulness and embodied practices.

I believe we are more than our thoughts. Our bodies, emotions, nervous systems, relationships, experiences and environment all shape how we feel and how we move through the world.

Sometimes, talking helps us understand what is happening — but understanding alone doesn’t always create change.

That’s where working with the whole person can make a difference.

A different way of looking at therapy.

I’m not here to tell you who you should be, what you should feel or what decisions you should make.

I sit alongside you.

Together, we can become curious about what is happening beneath the surface — your patterns, emotions, relationships, beliefs and the ways your body and nervous system respond.

You might notice that you become overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected or shut down. Perhaps you find yourself repeating patterns you understand intellectually but struggle to change. Or maybe you simply feel stuck and aren’t quite sure why.

Often, they developed for a reason. They may have helped you cope, protect yourself or get your needs met at a particular point in your life.

Therapy can offer a space to understand those patterns with greater compassion — and, over time, discover that you may have more choice than you realised.

Working with the whole person.

Alongside talking, we may gently explore what is happening in your body and nervous system.

This might involve noticing sensations, breath, movement, tension, emotions or impulses as they arise.

You don’t need to know what you’re feeling or have the right words. We can slow things down and discover it together.

My background in yoga, movement and nutritional therapy has also shaped the way I understand wellbeing.

Where appropriate, we may explore areas such as rest, movement, lifestyle and the things that help you feel more grounded and connected.

There is no formula.

Your therapy is shaped around you.

Why Three60?

I chose the name Three60 because I don’t believe we can understand ourselves from just one angle.

There are many parts to being human — our minds, bodies, emotions, nervous systems, relationships, histories, behaviours and sense of meaning.

Three60 is about stepping back and seeing the whole picture.

Not because you need fixing.

Not because you need to become someone different.

But because beneath the adaptations, expectations and stories you may have carried for years, there is often a deeper sense of who you are.

Coming back to yourself isn’t about becoming someone new.
 It’s about coming home.

A little about me.

You don't have to have everything figured out. You don't need to know exactly what is wrong. You simple need to feel that something could be different.
We can start there.
